Raising Money for Junior Golf

2nd Swing golf stores are getting in the spirit of Play Golf Minnesota Week by helping out a couple of great causes.  Beginning with the start of Play Golf Minnesota Week (April 27) and through the end of May, 2nd Swing will donate up to $10 for every set of junior golf clubs purchased at either their Minnetonka or Minneapolis store. Proceeds will be directed to the First Tee and the Minnesota Section PGA Foundation.

Customers are also encouraged to donate to the charities at their stores and 2nd Swing will match up to $2,000.00 in donations. Golf clubs will be purchased for junior golfers in our area with the donations!   So, get your son or daughter a new set of clubs and another child will benefit too!

Want to Have More Fun Playing Golf? TEE IT FORWARD!

TEE IT FORWARD is a new national initiative that encourages all golfers to play a course at a length that is aligned with their average driving distance. If you're tired of hitting long irons, hybrids and fairway woods into greens, why not try moving up to another set of tees? See the yardage guideline chart for guidance on which length course is best suited to your ability. For more information, visit playgolfamerica.com
